Our Strengths
Brad is one of the founding partners of Engage Search.
Prior to launching Engage Search, Brad held a global management position within a major European bank. He started in private client equities and since then has traded credit and money markets. The latter part of his career has been focused on the client facing side of the business, initially as a producer and latterly as a manager. The products in which he has led client initiatives include Foreign Exchange, Emerging Markets, Research, Prime Brokerage and e-commerce. Brad’s management roles have been both regional and global, with a geographically dispersed group of institutions.
Brad has worked in financial markets since 1985 and holds an MBA and degree in International Relations.
Alex is one of the founding partners of Engage Search.
Prior to launching Engage Search, Alex was a Consultant covering Foreign Exchange, STIR and e-commerce markets at a top-rated boutique search firm which he joined from university in 2006. He also has experience covering Emerging Markets and Equities.
He works on front office sales, trading and structuring roles for banks as well as execution and portfolio management roles for hedge funds and asset management firms. He holds an LLB in Law from the University of Exeter. Alex is a dual British and New Zealand national.
